Ghee Griddle Cakes

Original Ghee or Honey & Saffron Ghee Butter works best with this recipe.


  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp of original ghee butter (melt and cool before pouring into bowl)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. of Vanilla extract


  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
  2. Mix in egg slowly
  3. Add Vanilla Extract & ghee (melted and cooled)
  4. Beat batter and fold
  5. Melt some ghee butter on pan before pouring in batter ¾ cup
  6. Enjoy hot and top with fruit and fresh cream!
