Original Ghee or Honey & Saffron Ghee Butter works best with this recipe.
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp of original ghee butter (melt and cool before pouring into bowl)
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ cup of sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tsp. of Vanilla extract
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
- Mix in egg slowly
- Add Vanilla Extract & ghee (melted and cooled)
- Beat batter and fold
- Melt some ghee butter on pan before pouring in batter ¾ cup
- Enjoy hot and top with fruit and fresh cream!
