Roasted Garlic Ghee Butter works best with this recipe.
- In a saucepan melt garlic ghee butter (don’t be shy! 2 tbsps.) green onion, diced carrots, and any other vegetable of choice. (This broth can also be eaten clear with no vegetables just by adding a bit of salt pepper and parsley)
- Add salt, pepper to taste
- When vegetables start getting soft add in 1-2 cups of water
- Cover and let cook for 10 min on a low flame
- Serve with fresh coriander on top and enjoy!
