Sweet Thai Chili Sausage Skillet Recipe

1. Chop fresh broccoli into florets and sautéed them in a pan with 3tbs of garlic ghee until they started to get tender.

2. Next I added about 1/4c @ghughessugarfree sweet chili sauce and 2 spoonfuls of chili paste and mixed.

3. Transfers to a bowl. In the same pan brown one package of sweet Italian sausage. Once fully browned drain some fat and add the broccoli back in.

4. Now throw in a bag of riced cauliflower ( I use the frozen risotto ones with peas ) and mix and cook until everything is heated through.
